2017 Parkour Summer Camps 

Parkour was in every single one of us as a kid; jumping off swings, climbing trees, and hopping over cracks in the sidewalk. Parkour is a great way for youth to focus their energy into fun and functional movements. Training with us is fun and feels more like playing than exercising. Because of this, your kids will keep coming back for more, moving their body in challenging new ways, and gaining valuable strength and mobility needed to live a safe and healthy life. Camps are grouped by ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-16 and are split up into to these levels:

-All Levels (Beginner through Advanced) Typically, these campers are new to APEX and/or have an earth band or below.
Intermediate/Advanced Only (must have tree band or above)

Pricing: $325 for entire week of camp

Daily Sample Schedule:

Monday – Friday:

Start of camp
0:05 – 0:15 – Warm up
0:15 – 1:30 – Skill development
1:30 – 2:00 – Snack/movie time (Parkour highlight reels and video tutorials)
2:00 – 2:20 – Warm up/Skill development
2:20 – 2:50 – Parkour related games
2:50 – 2:55 – Cool down/discussion
2:55 – 3:00 – Check out
