Designed to progress from class to class, this course teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses.

Intro to Parkour consists of 8 sequential classes, each building upon the last. The program cycles through every 8 weeks for adults, and every 4 weeks for teens. Start dates represent the beginning of a new class cycle. You must complete the Intro to Parkour course before participating in other movement classes. We highly recommend this class be taken in its entirety due to its progressive nature. Upon completion, participants may be ready for Level 2
