APEX Movement Parkour and Freerunning Level 1 Certification
2011-11-09
The APEX Movement Parkour and Freerunning Level 1 Certification was established in 08 and has been tested and refined at our gym for the past 4 yrs. For the first time ever on Dec. 17, we will be opening our certification to the public. Our methods have been tried on thousands of students since 06 and we've found that great PKFR coaches must know more than simple techniques and exercises. Excellent coaches also understand communication, sports psychology, biomechanics, and evolutionary medicine. It is our goal to put a method to the madness of coaching PKFR by utilizing structured training and catalyzing self-discovery through movement. For more information, go here.
