This class focuses on the visually exciting and creative movements of Freerunning. Students will learn how to express themselves through flips, spins, and twists on all types of obstacles including walls, handrails, drops, scaffolding, and more.

Prerequisite:
Adult – Must have completed an Intro to Parkour course.
Youth – Must have Water Band or higher
